1. About the service
   1. Difriends is a free service that lets users have their own personal page (profile) to share public information about their interests and, finally, to contact with other users.
   2. To use the service you must register with the website and accept these conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you must abstain from using this website
   3. To use the service you must have a computer, network infrastructure, and Internet connection. Difriends does not offer these services and products.
   4. Users can share private and public information if necessary. You can share public information through your profile, images, comments and wall messages, and private information through private messages.
   5. The website provides image storage, but its use is limited.
   6. Difriends uses HTTP.
2. Privacy
   1. Your security is very important to us. Visit the Privacy Policy page to learn more.
3. Content
   1. Difriends service is limited to actions within the law. There will be applied the laws of Mexico.
   2. Any violation of law through this site will be a good ground for suspension of service. If the violation affects Difriends, the offending user will be responsible for compensating to Difriends, employees, suppliers and affiliates involved.
   3. The content, prohibited in this site, will cause the elimination of the user or removing this content, according to the Difriends moderator’s decision. Depending on the severity of the content there will be taken immediate measures to remove the content or to notify the user so that he does it himself.
   4. The content prohibited in this site is:
      • Child pornography.
      • Religious and/or political propaganda.
      • Nudity and/or pornography.
      • Sexual perversion.
      • Images or texts without the author’s authorization.
      • Offensive language.
      • Spam/scam .
      • Any type of fraudulent activities.
      • False information.
      • Illegal activities.
      • Advertisement.
   5. However, any content can be censored at the discretion of the moderador.
   6. Any private content (messages) is left at the discretion of the users involved to report the contents for its inspection, and in case of being denounced only Difriends and the two users involved will be able to access this information.
4. Spam is totally prohibited.
   1. There will be no acceptable justification for activities that include Spam and Scam. Nor is it permitted to send repetitive messages to the users.
   2. Any activity mentioned in the previous section will be suspended from the service.
5. Cancellation
   1. Difriends has the right to refuse service to any user at any time. Without any possibility of reclamation.
   2. The images can be removed from our system at any time, without the possibility of reclamation.
6. Indemnification
   1. Any violation of law through this site will be grounds for suspension of service. If the violation affects Difriends, the offending user will be responsible for compensating to Difriends, employees, suppliers and affiliates involved.
7. International Use
   1. The users agree to act under the law of their countries and comply with the regulations of information export.
8. Content Ownership
   1. The content posted on Difriends is not the property of Difriends. The user will retain ownership of the content.
   2. Not all the photographs are protected by copyright. Check your local laws. It does not mean that you can download content from our website and publish it or use it at your convenience.
   3. The creators of the image or people appearing in the picture have the right to ask the third parties to download images from the website. Difriends will not be an intermediary or the responsible part in this action.
   4. Difriends removes content only after checking the content rights.
   5. The persons who appear in the images of Difriends and wish this image were removed must show a valid ID with a photograph.
9. Claims and Guarantees
   1. Difriends is not obliged to obey the claims.
   2. The service is not guaranteed. The content can be deleted without notice. Difriends is not responsible for the loss of information.
   3. You use of Difriends at your own risk. Difriends is not responsible for frauds committed by malicious users.
   4. The disputes between users are not the interest of Difriends unless it involves illegal activity, in case of that the offending user will be banned in the website.
10. Acceptance
    1. By registering in Difriends you agree to submit to the terms and regulations of this document.
